  I tried to order the Festive Subway and the lady didn’t know what this was. She didn’t know what to put in it despite me pointing to it and reading out the ingredients each time. She tried to put tandoori chicken even though it requires the rotisserie chicken. When I asked if the sage and onion stuffing needs to be put in before toasting she said no it goes in after. Then went going to the salad and sauce part, she tried to put red onions in it, and I said no I don’t want onions I want the sage and onion stuffing. She said they don’t have sage and onion stuffing, and her and another lady asked what I’m referring to, at which point I pointed (again) at their own menu. They said they didn’t know what this was and didn’t have it. They wrapped that sandwich and when making the second order I noticed something that resembled sage and onion stuffing and I asked what it was. She said it’s sage and onion stuffing. I said that’s what I wanted in the other sandwich too, and she said oh. Then unwrapped the other one and added it. It was very a difficult and a delayed process.

  It shouldn't take 10 minutes to make a sandwich... such slow service, staff need much better training sorry to say.
