    honestly loveliest bunch of people!! i accidentally ordered my subway to the wrong place. the man let me ring them off his phone to ask for a refund but they were refusing. i was getting really upset and in the end they let me have my order from them for free. i’ve never been happier with a service like this. i love you guys so much. thank you all of you!!!

    After having a hard day, I wanted to treat myself to a subway to cheer myself up! What I wasn't expecting was just the loveliest staff who really were so helpful and served me so quickly. You can see they take such pride. Thank you for the yummy subway but for also cheering me up with your warm hospitality!!

    UPDATE: I gave this place multiple chances before writing this, but honestly—don’t bother if the owners aren’t in. I asked for basic ingredients (onions and peppers) in my sub. Nothing complicated. The employee who works the morning shifts shrugged at me, gestured toward the fridge, and then told me they didn’t have them—despite them clearly being right there. He simply could not be bothered. On top of that, going in first thing in the morning, the place is often filled with thick smoke. It’s so bad you can barely breathe. The doors are kept shut, and this employee clearly doesn’t want to open them to air the place out. That alone is unacceptable in a food shop. I’ve been coming here for 7–8 years, and this is the first time I’ve genuinely felt let down. This place has always been great. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and actually care about quality and customers—which makes this even more disappointing. Since this particular employee started (around 8 months ago), the experience has become hit or miss when the owners aren’t working. Ingredients get missed, subs fall apart, and I’ve been given hard or stale bread. More than once I’ve only noticed once I’ve already left the store. What really stands out is the attitude. No pride, no effort, no basic customer service. Asking for simple ingredients feels like an inconvenience. As a long-standing customer, that’s frustrating and disappointing. Loyal customers will only tolerate this for so long. If this continues, the owners will lose people who’ve supported this place for years—and it’ll be entirely down to one employee who simply doesn’t care. Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 GET RID OF YOUR MORNING SHIFT EMPLOYEE BEFORE YOU LOSES YOU THE REST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS
