    Why are we using touch screens to order sandwiches now, of which they default to foot long (watch out for that as it caught out many people). Food was correct, warm and good amount of salad. Just stand to see the screens taking over (which are also slow and force more upgrades). Doubt I will go back to this one as it’s lost that subway touch.

    I would like to make a complaint about the kiosk in the subway Chatham dockside. I was disappointed to turn up at the subway to see that they now had kiosks. The whole idea of subway was that it had a unique and personal touch to ensure that every customer could see what they were ordering and could add ingredients as they see it. The kiosk doesnt allow for this and the part where the staff are preparing the food is covered so you cannot even see what they are doing 'behind the scenes'. We ordered one toasted sub which never got toasted, I ordered a vegan cheese sub for my dairy free son who didnt even get his vegan cheese. The sub came without cheese. My boyfriend ordered three sauces and only got one sauce. I also redeemed a free cookie and never received this. I think this is a shame on the subway at chatham as its always been a good one. Im very disappointed and until this is sorted, I will not be returning.
