    Quite frankly the rudest staff I’ve ever met in my life to be honest. Let’s start from the beginning shall we… I walk in with a smile on my face and say hello, to which the male at the tills did not smile back or acknowledge my existence. Instead he stared at me with a frown. I then said my order, to which he then just turned around put gloves on and left the till. Still- no communication with customer. Then after a while stood at till expecting me to hand over money without communication of any kind- no telling me price or small talk nothing. I handed him change, he put in the till, still saying nothing and put my food on the counter. He then pointed to my food on the counter. And I took it and left. Bear in mind, this person is still frowning quite intensely. It’s important to hire staff with good communication skills/ experience in customer service as this is really off putting for customers…
