- MSMarcus SuttonOct 2, 20261.0I just watched the girl get my order completely wrong. Then when I questioned it, she opened the wrap, moved all the vegetables into a new wrap and she was offended when I said “that’s a bit weird”. I can’t eat dairy, the other wrap had cheese in it, so I just chucked the order in the bin. £6 wasted.

Also first thing i noticed was the packaging. my food fell out on one side and also the bread was squeezed like some icing bag… maybe bc the worker doing the food was busy conversing with a customer instead of paying attention to the food she’s serving.

Honestly, this is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of consideration for customers. If the store was going to close early, the least you could do is provide accurate information when customers call to check.

This is honestly a very disappointing and completely unacceptable level of service. What was the point of calling in advance if I was going to be given completely incorrect information anyway?

When I showed the women who was working she didn’t even say sorry she said nothing. She didn’t give me any money back or offer me any drink. I think she got worried and just didn’t speak which is so unprofessional. I won’t ever go back and the fact there’s live insects in my drink has just put me off subway for life. Very disappointed
