Explained it said they were open on Google and the Subway app, told it was wrong and they shut at 21:00. Stood outside for a few minutes trying to work out what to do, to watch another person go in… and be served! Unfair!

Customer toilet was disgustingly and the door was blocked by a bicycle.The food handler wore the same gloves and touched everything ( I noticed he touched the fridge door midway through handling the sandwich and left stains on the fridge door) I seriously think Environmental Health should pay this place a visit! The current hygiene rating is wrong and the servers have to be retrained because they are compromising our health by their unsanitary handling of food

Unfortunately, our experience with the staff member named Akshay was very disappointing. From the beginning, she was continuously ignoring us and was also behaving rudely with other customers. The most concerning part was when I informed her about my allergy and requested that she change her gloves. She ignored the request and later said she “hadn’t touched anything yet” instead of simply changing them. I was standing there observing the whole situation, and her attitude throughout the interaction felt dismissive and rude. Customer service and food safety, especially regarding allergies, should be taken much more seriously.
