  The receipts were not printing from the machines… I wonder why. I was given meat instead of what I ordered and my food wasn’t heated as I selected. I tried calling multiple times and received no response. My friend was nearby so she tried to explain the situation to them, showing pictures of the food, the transaction etc and they just tried to brush her off and say it’s my fault. I checked the order on the screen multiple times because I have personal AND religious dietary restrictions. They did not take any sort of accountability or show any care towards their customers. Will never visit again and don’t waste your time. They handle their food with the same gloves they touch screens with 😑

  Subway in general is pretty good, this branch is not. For the purpose of this review I will comment on the nachos (£3-5, cannot remember), just shameful really (see photo).

  14/3/2026 I ordered half foot tuna and all vegetables from Cambridge Station subway. She gave very little tuna (she used a knife to slide the tuna as you slide butter, not using a round/cup spoon as other places) very few salad: one piece of lettuce, 3 grains of corn, few rings of onion, 2 pieces of olive. The sandwich at the end was too tiny and too flat I could not believe. Subway in Beehive center serves much better with standard as other Subways. With this I felt robbed. I love subways the most among fastfood, from Canada to France, in London and Beehive SubwaysCambridge but this Cambridge station. The worker today disrespects customers
