    Terrible manager, rude and incompetent. We placed an app order and got it sent to the wrong store. We called the store directly within 2 minutes, and explained our mistake. The worker confirmed that he wouldn’t make the order and asked us to call back when the manager was there to issue a refund, which we did. We tried to explain the situation to the manager who could barely make himself understood and we were met by extreme rudeness. This is not a good or ethical business and should be avoided. He does not deserve any success in his business.

    I was overcharged here, and when I raised it with the manager, he was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. The issue wasn’t resolved, and the way I was spoken to made the whole experience feel unprofessional and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t return.

    Off chicken! My fiancé and I just ordered subway, we got home and as soon as he opened his subway up the chicken absolutely stunk. We took bits out and smelt closer up and it was absolutely putrid. My fiancé walked back to the subway letting the worker know and also asking for a refund. The worker grabbed the container of chicken asked my fiancé to smell it insinuating that it was fine and again the whole container smelt terrible. He wouldn’t offer a refund as his manager wasn’t there. If you have ordered the chicken strips from here in the last day (6/6) please be mindful you may get food poisoning. Absolutely shocking. Will never visit a subway again.
