    Crazy experience I’ve had from a restaurant. Excuse the spelling error I’m using speak to text as this is a long one. I’ve been ordering from this Specific restaurant For about 10 years. All of my family get Food here too. So today at about 2 pm, I went onto UberEATS to figure out what treat am I going to have for a special lunch? I Ordered Subway as usual, and everything seemed alright. Half an hour goes past then another, Till finally an hour and a half later, I call the store. It’s not unusual for wait times to be long At the store, however it was extremely long today. I Called in to check the status of my order and the cool person said that it was on the way I Said great thank you so much bye bye and that was that. So by now it’s almost 4 pm and I’m still waiting for my Lunch. There’s a harsh knock at the door and I answer and it’s a subway drive. He was short, And had a bad attitude. He said to me, do you live here? I said this is my house. Do you have my order? He said you were so impatient for your food And told me that he was angry with me because I had called into the restaurant for my food and his manager had called him asking him where he was. He then handed me a brown bag And took a photo of me holding it then he took it out of my hand Genuinely ripped it out of my hand. He said this isn’t your order actually and walked off as he walked off he said some rather mean things such as calling me fat and the B word. This obviously irritated me and I said to him there’s no need for behaviour for that. I just want my sandwich. He Laughed got back in his car and drove off. A little bit later, I called the store again and I spoke to a total of three different people the last of which called me a liar, Saying that this man had worked there for over two years and has never had any complaints I am to believe that this third man was actually the driver that was talking to me. I said look, please may I have a refund or can I just have my food? I’m so hungry. The man on the phone was really aggressive and also had bad attitude Another hour later and a delivery man knocked on my door This secondary delivery driver was amazing He was so nice and helped me feel better about the whole situation. He helped me feel not guilty for calling and asking about where’s my order he definitely Helped make things right. The second delivery driver was so amazing and a real good team member. If I had had this secondary driver as my first delivery driver things would’ve gone a lot better. I hope that the original driver gets taught better customer service skills and maybe management look into who they’re hiring as this doesn’t seem to be a one off issue with this specific driver. I was really upset about the whole situation to be honest All I wanted was a nice sandwich thanks for reading.

    just been into this branch and was dealt with by Ryan. i don’t right many reviews but on this occasion I felt like I had to, Ryan was exceptional, what a fantastic manner and just amazing customer service skills, I know it’s only Subway but I have to say he’s dealt with me in a better way than a lot of fine restaurants, Ryan is an absolute credit to your store

    Ive ordered from uber eats , food has not turned up and no one is answering the phone however many times you call. I will not be ordering from them again and advise you do the same
