  I have visited this place multiple times during lunch, and the service is generally good; the staff are friendly and efficient. However, the experience in the morning is entirely different. There is a girl with brown hair who is always in the back, and she consistently makes you wait, usually around 5 minutes or more. This has happened to me over 6 times now, every time I've been there. When she finally does serve you, her demeanor can be quite abrupt, bordering on rude! Today, I went in, and as expected, she was in the back washing up. I waited patiently for about 5 minutes, and when she glanced over, I thought she would finally serve me. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. She then disappeared from sight, leaving me standing there for another 2 or 3 minutes, which was making me lose my appetite! When she eventually served me, she was curt and spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience, even mentioning that she was trying to do the washing up and was tired of people interrupting her! This behavior is completely unprofessional and not what one would expect from such an establishment, I won't be going there in the morning again!!

  Been using Subway every week for food at 6pm - normal dinner time! This week a different lady on the counter was cleaning up the shop not serving hot sandwiches, despite not closing for another 2hr 30mins. She offered a cold sandwich which I was alright with then said I'd have to wait 10-15 minutes? Wasn't very polite at all.

  i have very very bad experience because staff don't told me before taking my order they didn't have my fav vegetables and when i ask to put some garlic and spices souce staff told me they don't have really disappointed and never come again totally disappointed

  Ordered a 6 inch sub and a chicken salad on Uber eats from this branch. Please tell me why it took 2 hours to arrive?! I live in burntwood so should have taken 30 mins max if they were busy at time of purchase.There was only one cheese option for both meals and it came to £20! RIP off. Update- rang after an hour of waiting for order and no updates from shop or uber and the number they have provided to Google isn’t recognised. What a shambles this place is!
