  Didn't even end up eating in here as on my way down the escalator I saw a rat running around in the kitchen with a member of staff on their phone completely oblivious.

  This is subway in the galleries on a Saturday lunch time when it was very quiet. The sever did not communicate clearly with us- we wanted 4 subs, she took an order for 2 then started serving someone else. I said I had more to order so she took 1 order then started serving someone else again! The other customer alerted the other server that we were still waiting. Then at the til there was an argument over the child’s deal. Awful staff, mediocre food at best, expensive for what it is. Don’t bother.

  I was strolling through bristol and i spotted a hidden gem called subway. The shop was run down and the cables were burnt but then i scrathed my eyes and it was back to normal I wasnt served after paying 69.420 or 8 gazillion zloty i really looked forward to my undercooked chewy slob of pork belly in my cretinous sandwich. Never goung here again God bless america I did enjoy my time here tho

  I bought my son a 6" sandwich from there and my son accidentally dropped it on the floor before he even unwrapped. The wrapping was so badly done that it opened and the sandwich fell face down on the floor, so completely unedible. When I explained the situation to the staff and asked if I could get a replacement sandwich, they were extremely condescant and said that this wasn't to do with anything they'd done and therefore if I wanted another sandwich I would need to pay for it. At £6+ a sandwich I wasn't prepared to buy another one, particularly from unpleasant staff so I just left. While we can argue whose responsibility it falls on, I don't think it was unreasonable to expect a little understanding and kind gesture for an item that costs them very little.
