    Came here for a quick bite after a trip to A&E. As you can imagine me and my partner were feeling quite tender - spent 5 hours waiting for a particularly scary prognosis (all is well) As we came in, it looked as though they were closing up so we asked if they were still open, and the woman behind the counter informed us that they were. We then began to order. My partner got a meatball marinara sandwich, which immediately had cheese put on, and put in the oven without her asking my partner if she wanted either of those things. The entire time the woman was very blunt, not really answering any of our questions, and sometimes outright ignoring them. My partner asked what sauces they had and instead of answering she just immediately started putting mayo on?? When we came to pay, there was no bag offered and our sandwiches were shoved to us without a thank you. I understand people have bad days but i have worked primarily hospitality and retail my whole life and even on my darkest days i never forgot my manner, it’s just a part of the job man. This isn’t a massive issue, and the food tasted lovely, so kudos for that, but if you expect a kind and friendly experience then maybe give this one a miss (or get it on Uber if you swing that way) thanks x

    Terrible experience at Subway Bristol! Prachi and Dena Danaila were extremely unhelpful and rude. Ordered a sandwich from the menu, but they refused to serve it, wasting my time. Hygiene SOPs weren't followed - she was wearing headphones while on service. When I asked her to change her clearly dirty gloves, she misbehaved and refused, saying "I'll use the same gloves all day, I don't care about cleanliness". Unacceptable. I request the higher authorities to take strict action to ensure such incidents don't happen to other customers.

    My experience at Subway was very unpleasant. I went there to get food, but I did not notice any proper hygienic environment. The staff was very rude and behaved unprofessionally. They were not maintaining hygiene standards they were not wearing gloves or using them while preparing food. The girl who was preparing the food name PARACHII kept touching her hair repeatedly, scratching it while handling the food. She was not dealing with customers properly at all and showed unprofessional behavior. It seemed like they didn’t even know how to handle customers. They were also speaking among themselves in their own language instead of communicating properly in English. Overall, it was a very bad and unpleasant experience.

    I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Subway location today. I visited to pick up an order, and unfortunately, the service and hygiene standards were far below what I would expect from a food establishment. The staff member who served me, Prachi, was extremely rude and unprofessional in her behavior. Instead of being courteous or helpful, her attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. More importantly, I was genuinely concerned about the lack of hygiene. She was not wearing gloves while preparing food, which is a basic expectation in any food service environment. Even more alarming, she was repeatedly touching her nose and then continuing to handle food without washing her hands or taking any precautions. This is unacceptable and raises serious questions about food safety standards at this location. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Cleanliness and respectful customer service are non-negable when it comes to food businesses, and this visit failed on both counts. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues immediately to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
