  Visited this Subway today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The main concern for me was food preparation and hygiene. I ordered a footlong with chipotle sauce. After adding the chicken, vegetables, and sauce, the staff member used his gloved hand to press directly down into the filling to close the sandwich. I understand gloves were being worn, but pressing directly into the food inside the sandwich did not feel hygienic or professional to me and made me uncomfortable with the meal. Google and the staff confirmed the store closes at 9 PM, but when we arrived around 7:30 PM, we were told dine-in was already closed and only takeaway was available because they were preparing to close early. We accepted that, although it felt unusual to stop normal service so far before closing time

  Workers was absolutely rude asked for more Jalapeños and refused to give them to me and the cashier kept rushing my girlfriend to pay after she said she was waiting for me she even forgot to serve her latte!! Bring back English worker at least I will understand what they are saying

  Order d a sandwich on the kiosk to take home. Didn't realize till I got home that they didn't put any of the fillings I requested in. I literally just had Luke warm bread and meat. Double checked the order and all my toppings were listed. My partner was also missing items like cheese.

  Slight issue with the app, not the stores fault but they sorted it for me, awesome service and brilliant food as always!

  Visited on Wednesday 22nd April. Whilst the sandwich was being prepared, the wrong fillings were put into the sandwich. The sandwich maker than proceeded to pick out the incorrect fillings, despite them touching and contaminating other fillings in the sandwich. I asked them to ensure a fresh one was started to ensure the initial mistake didn't impact any allergies. When starting a new one, the person then put the contaminated fillings from the original sandwich back in the pots to go back into other people's sandwiches. These fillings notable being Chicken and Cheese. Practice not in line with food hygiene standard, definitely avoid if you have any allergies.
