  Overall the food was fine, but unfortunately the customer service from the staff member called Ewa was very rude and unfriendly during our visit. The way we were spoken to made the experience uncomfortable. Hopefully customer service can improve in the future.

  staff really quite rude and put me off coming here. there was a younger girl working here before that was really nice but I haven't seen her for some months now. Newer guy I see regularly now is rubbish, likes to ignore me for several minutes before taking my order and act like I'm a pain to his day. Makes the sandwiches without care. On personal phone calls most of the time. I'm not expecting 5 star red carpet, just treat me like a human. Also, I get the same order every time and somehow pay a different price every time. Anywhere between £11 and £15 over at least 10 identical orders. hmmm??

  Staff were incredibly rude to my sister, she's neurodiverse and wears headphones to help focus (with no music playing), but can still hear her surrounding. She went to this subway at a busy time and struggled to hear the woman serving. They were also speaking quietly given the volume of the shop. My sister was told "well if you want to hear what we say then you should take your headphones out" in a rude condescending tone. Appalling treatment over a sandwich. Do not recommend.
