Very disappointing experience at Winterstoke Subway. I am an Uber Eats driver and I collected an order from this store. The staff gave me the wrong order, which I delivered to the customer because it was sealed and prepared by them. When I returned to collect the correct order, the staff and manager told me to go back to the customer, take the food back, and then deliver the new order.
This is completely against Uber Eats policy. Drivers are not allowed to collect food back from customers once delivered. The mistake was made by the store, but they tried to put the responsibility on me.
On top of that, the staff were rude and disrespectful, and they even gave me a negative rating because of their own error.
Very unprofessional behaviour. I expect better treatment and proper understanding of delivery policies.
