  I’ve never meet a most disrespectful person in my life, the cashier screamed at me and my friend for asking what cookies were left I’m shocked about her behaviour.

  So Unprofessional, Unhygienic and Unfriendly staff in this store. If you don't tell they will even not change gloves for vegetarian food also

  Rupinder was the best server and made such a delicious sandwich! Had a lovely conversation while she was working hard- amazing worker made my day xxxx

  This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to get a sandwiche there multiple times because it’s on my way to work, but they always have an excuse—no hot sandwiches because the machine is being cleaned, or they just say it’s only cookies and drinks, no sandwiches. This happens every single time. I’ve never been able to get a sandwich at this Subway.

  Avoid!! On Saturday night into Sunday morning, there was a medical emergency across the road near the Brighton War Memorial. I went into the nearby Subway to ask the staff if they had a first aid kit, tissues, or a foil blanket to assist. The staff member I approached was on the phone and initially pretended he did not work there. While speaking to someone else inside the store he told me there was no medical emergency across the street, called me a liar, and laughed. His behaviour was rude, unhelpful, and highly unprofessional. He stated that the store did not have a first aid kit, tissues, or gloves, and made no effort to check. When I tried to explain the seriousness of the situation, he dismissed me, saying it was “not my problem.” Shortly after, his colleague unlocked the door and he entered the store. Both staff members laughed about the situation, appearing to find the medical emergency amusing. I asked them to consider how they would feel if they were in a similar situation and needed help, but they continued to laugh. On the same evening, I also witnessed a diabetic customer who had purchased food in the store ask to use the toilet. Her request was refused. I would ask that this matter is investigated thoroughly and that appropriate action is taken to ensure staff are properly trained to handle situations involving public safety and customer care. I would appreciate a response outlining the outcome of your investigation.
