After serving a customer who asked for meat, without me asking, she went and got a fresh knife for my tuna sub. Thank you for taking care of such dietary requirements its very much appreciated.

The first time is when an employee handled cash at the till for the customer in front of me and then continued to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. Today I stood at the order counter waiting for an employee to finish up texting/playing on his phone. After standing there for some time, I walked out. The chap didn’t even bother to look up after 5 minutes of me standing there.
