    Ordered a platter for a small get together. Food was fresh and very good. Owner let us customise the platter for our dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

    I’ve left a review before, but I wanted to write another one because this Subway deserves it. The customer service at the Brentwood Essex Subway is always amazing. Every member of staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. I especially want to mention Nany. He is always so kind, patient and polite, and he makes sure my order is done exactly right every time. My food is always prepared fresh and with care, and he really takes the time to listen and make sure everything is correct. He always makes customers feel valued and looked after. I also want to mention the manager, whose name I unfortunately do not know, because he is always very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you to Nany, the manager and the whole team for always being so lovely. It genuinely makes a difference and is why I keep coming back.
