  new staff are awful. the OG guy never made any mistakes, was fast/efficient and all orders fine. The new girl with glasses who works there put jalapeños on my sandwich instead of pickles, big mistake big difference and then thought it’d be ok to just take them off and put them in the box. this is not only useless because the taste is still there but it’s unhygienic for the next person who ordered jalapeños and it’s dangerous with allergies. She needs training she had an attitude and i would hate to be served by her again. there was also barely any filling on my sandwich.

  Wrong order delivered. Asked for the incorrect sandwich to be corrected. Staff member admitted mistake then told e there are only 2 staff on so they wont remake it. Just get a refund from just eat! Appalling customer service.

  Ritesh is truly wonderful. He’s always smiling and welcoming, even though he works incredibly fast and keeps everything moving smoothly. There isn’t much time to chat because he serves customers so efficiently, but when we do get a moment to talk, it’s always uplifting and pleasant. When more people arrive, we know we’ll be served within minutes. He also makes sandwiches beautifully and even remembers my regular order, which is such a thoughtful touch. He truly deserves recognition for his hard work, consistency, and genuine care for customers.

  Popped in on a Saturday night the food was your basic subway food. Ritesh served us he was a wonderful guy very quick service and friendly smiling the whole time he even gave us extra. The service alone I will be back for so nice to be served by a kind considerate member of staff. Big up Ritesh positive vibes :)
