  Abishek served me. I'm gluten Free. He cleaned down the surfaces, changed gloves and helped me with the allergy information. Brilliant meal of Jacket potato chicken tuna and salad. Very helpful guy.

  Retail/service: I had a wonderful experience today! The girl who helped me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Highly Recommend " Restaurant/cafe:" The service here is top notch. Our server was so friendly and attentive. She made excellent recommendations and ensured everything was perfect through out our meal. " General Praise: Amazing experience thanks to the wonderful staff. One team member in particular was so welcoming and professional she really knows how to treat customers like friends.

  The staff at this location are very friendly and they have got to know what I want before I even get to the counter. The food is always fresh and the area is clean and tidy. They often decorate the table with flowers which is a very nice touch. My only criticism is that the wifi is not brilliant so it is best to start the app on your phone before you enter the store.

  Hi, I'm gluten free and throughly enjoy a sub now that they have gluten free options. They have a preparation proceedure too to minimise the possibility of cross contamination. The staff here put on new gloves but didn't cleanse the area before preparing gluten free. When one staff member went to the kitchen the other member took over her duties with a normal customer then continued with mine without changing gloves. The staff were lovely and helpful. I honestly think they just need a little re-training when dealing with gluten free customers. I'm not as sensitive to gluten as some people are. I didn't have an reaction to the meal but without re-training I fear someone who is very sensitive to gluten will suffer greatly. Please, the staff are great, just help them understand the need for following proceedure and understanding the risks of cross contamination.
