  Just purchased food from Subway Frizinghall and find found a hair in my sandwich. I drove 11 miles from Ilkely to Frizinghall to get halal sub and so disappointed with this quality of food.

  Had a very poor experience with one member of the staff. The other staff members were very polite but the person at the till was extremely rude and rushed us for payment. We needed to open our bank app to check pin but he started yellow that we needed to insert card and enter pin. We told him that we know the steps on which he got angry and started yelling at us. On which we decided to leave the store and go somewhere else. Upon which, he started swearing at us with foul language and asked us to stay as he came out of the shop to fight us. While he constantly kept threatening us, we left the the place and while we were in our ride, he used abusive language and also leaned over to read our registration number and threatened that he will soon get to us. Much disappointed from the other staff members as they did not say anything to the matter even after we told them that he was disrespectful to us.
