  Im really happy with the service i got the worker tawhid greeted me with a big smile which made my day i really loved this gentleman as he used his manners please keep him or he definitely needs a pay rise as his manners and service was exceptional

  Food is good as usual and service mediocre as we had to wait 10 minutes to be served in an empty building. The attention and investment on this place is appalling. Toilets absolutely reeked and looked vile. Seats are battered and tables too high to even eat from. Looks like little to no investment goes into this building - why?

  Yesterday I visited, a long queue and only one person serve the sandwiches… nobody wait for 20-25 mints, it’s happened with me 2-3 times also….I am your regular customer and am very disappointed…bread quality is very poor.. sandwich is so cold…: I can’t eat it because bread is so hard also…. kindly hire the more staff please….its a request to you

  Visited on Sunday afternoon, was served by Aun, who was a lovely gentleman, very friendly and helpful. Aun provided great customer service, recommendations and friendly chat. Such a great person and a credit to the great horton road Subway team! Look forward to visiting again in the future. My sub (6 inch chicken tikka sub) was made perfectly and tastes absolutely delicious , thank you :)

  I had an amazing experience today thanks to the outstanding customer service i received from Aun Abbas. He was very welcoming, attentive and kind, making sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be coming back because of the exceptional service!
