  The two girls serving were polite, professional and apologetic, which I appreciated. However, the queues at this branch are beyond unacceptable. A 40-minute wait for Subway is completely unreasonable. The manager of this store needs to address this urgently. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to Subway’s head office. This level of service damages the reputation of Subway, especially when other branches manage customer service and waiting times far more efficiently. I have also noticed from other reviews that concerns have been raised about the manager of this particular branch, with customers describing them as unprofessional, discourteous and rude. This branch clearly needs serious attention.

  Very poor experience at Subway. I placed a lunch order through the app and went to collect it after being told it was ready. Everything was already packed, so I took the bag back to my workplace without checking. When I opened it, I found that although my sub was correct, the crisps and drink were completely wrong. If items are out of stock, customers should be informed and given the option to choose alternatives — not have random substitutions made without any notice. This kind of service is frustrating and unacceptable, especially when ordering through the app where accuracy is expected. Staff need to communicate better and double-check orders before handing them out. Really disappointing experience.

  I regularly order from this Subway location for my office team, usually placing 8–10 orders at a time, and sometimes even more. Despite the large and often detailed orders, the staff consistently provide excellent service. They are always friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure to listen carefully and prepare each order exactly as requested. Since every order is different, I really appreciate the care and effort they put into getting everything right. I would also like to mention the manager, who is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their positive attitude truly reflects the overall service experience. Every visit has been smooth and pleasant, and I always receive outstanding service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service.

  I went to Subway Forster Square and the manager served us personally. The service was excellent, and we were very happy with the experience. The food was fresh and delicious. I had seen some Google reviews where people were saying negative things, but that was not true based on what we experienced there. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.
