    All good and fine but I hate it when they never answer the call like never. When ever I call them after putting an order for delivery. They never answer like I give the atleat 4 to 5 call They all go unanswered.

    Are you hiring? Because you should be. How hard is it to make a sandwich right? 2nd time ordering, missing drinks and simple things in the sandwich… learn to read, go back to basics learning how to make a SANDWICH and come back. Won’t even answer the phone because you know how bad your service is.

    Wish I could give ZERO ⭐️ Worst of all, it's my own fault. (I've been here before, and both times were a massive disappointment). I had told myself that I wouldn't ever waste my time and money again...but after visiting my local Subway and discovering they were out of marinara sauce, I decided to give this place another try... Just like before, on entering the shop, the guy looked visibly annoyed to be disturbed from his phone scrolling on makeshift plastic crate seat. No smile, no greeting. I order my food and go. No "thank you " or "bye". I get home and start eating one of my margarita slices, and within two bites I notice the distinct taste of MOULD. 🤢 It wasn't the bread, or the cheese. It was the marinara sauce. I'm so disgusted. I honestly felt sick to my stomach. I knew this place wasn't the best as far as customer service putting it mildly, but it never occurred to me that the same couldn't-care-less attitude could be extended to the food hygiene. Totally gross 😝 My advice is to avoid this particular Subway, the one on Castle Lane West is much better. I've definitely learnt my lesson this time!
