  I had a very bad experience at Subway today. I ordered a sandwich, but the employee preparing it added onions and a brown sauce without even asking me what I wanted. Everything was done so fast that I didn’t realize until it was already being heated. The sandwich was heated instead of properly toasted, and once the sauce got hot, it tasted terrible, almost like it had been microwaved. After I paid and sat down to eat, I took one bite and immediately knew something was wrong. The taste was awful, so I threw the sandwich straight into the bin and left. I ended up having to buy food somewhere else only 30 minutes later because I couldn’t eat it. The service was poor, careless, and rushed. I paid for a sandwich I couldn’t even finish. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Every sandwich I get is almost just breadcrumbs. I think they should check the baguettes during the day and remove the ones that are no longer suitable for sale.

  Very bad customer service and took 20 minutes to serve me.he is telling me I can't have all the salad and when I told him to put salad he was just throwing salad in the box in the rude way. Need more people to work in the shop not just 1 on his own he is stressed up on his own what a poor guy.

  Just received delivery of my 6 inch tuna mayo sub - practically no tuna mayo in it! Looks like it was thrown together by someone who couldn’t care less! Definitely not worth £12.18 for the meal deal with a practically empty roll 😡😡😡

  Absolutely despicable experience for Too Good To Go customers. They themselves advertise the bag as being worth at least £15 retail value & containing 2 footlongs or wraps. We received what you see in the photo which never in a million years will be worth half of that. Shame on you, hope you'll choke on your sandwiches on your lunch breaks. Not to mention that the collection time is 11pm, so someone low on funds is truly relying on this bag to eat. It just is vile to do this to someone. You must be trying hard to sabotage the Too Good To Go app, there's no other explanation.
