  Visited a few times before, did so yesterday: great customer service, always willing to please, never provides me a discount but always gives me a great big smile instead, well done and thanks.

  I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at Subway, where I regularly order the salad box. Every time I visit, I am greeted by two wonderful ladies who consistently provide excellent and helpful service. They always make sure I receive exactly what I order, especially when I request vegetarian food. One of them even makes it a point to change their gloves and use new ones for my order, which I truly appreciate. Both ladies are incredibly polite and attentive, going out of their way to offer kid-friendly service and listen to whatever requests we have. They also guide us about current offers available in the Subway app, which is very helpful! Their professionalism and dedication really stand out. I would especially like to mention the manager, Maya, who is always friendly and treats everyone with care—not just as a manager but as someone who genuinely values good service. Maya’s approach is admirable and sets a great example for customer service. Thank you to both ladies for making every visit pleasant. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly appreciated!

  Absolutely awful experience. The woman serving me was incredibly rude and acted like I was a massive inconvenience just for being there. No patience, no manners, no basic customer service skills at all. She rushed everything, had a terrible attitude, and honestly made it feel like I was bothering her by ordering food at a Subway. On top of that, the sandwich was a joke. She used the tiniest amount of fillings I’ve ever seen — there was hardly anything in it. It was basically bread with a suggestion of a sandwich inside. No care, no effort, no pride in her work. If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t work in customer service. Won’t be coming back here again.

  After I saw one of the girls standing with the foot on the counter where they prepare the sandwiches I just left . Not nice at all…
