    I was passing, short on time so stopped into this Subway for the first time. The chicken looked like it had random bits of cheese in it, i don't like cheese, I did ask the lady behind the counter but she rudely replied 'no?' I wish I had got the veggie option but I was rushing and hoped for the best. As I was eating the sandwich I got random tastes of whatever it was! Ugh, what was I thinking. I had my only Uber order from this Subway last year and it came totally wrong so I should have known to avoid

    Subject: Formal Complaint – Refusal of Dietary Accommodation & Refund Request Dear Subway Customer Services, I am writing to raise a serious complaint about my experience at your [store location – please add street name] branch. On my recent visit, I asked for extra sweetcorn on my sandwich due to my medical and dietary requirements – I am a kidney transplant patient and a diabetic. As such, I am restricted in what I can eat from the salad bar, and sweetcorn is one of the very few toppings I can safely have. Despite explaining this, and even offering to pay extra for the additional topping, I was refused. I was told by the server that the manager has instructed staff not to allow extra toppings on sandwiches or salad boxes. This was upsetting and discriminatory, given my medical condition. The attached photo clearly shows the very small amount of sweetcorn I received, which is far from sufficient to make up for the items I cannot include for health reasons.

    Ridiculous no matter what time of day you go you are stood there 20 mins while they deal with uber, everytime order is wrong and they forget something. Worse subway ever go to a properly manned subway better service!
