  Went in today. Tried being nice to the so called lady then noticed no gloves, her attitude stunk, had really bad flaky skin all over her hands and arms, sneezing without covering her mouth. Sandwich went reet in the bin. Absolutely disgusting. Do not go here.

  I pre-ordered on the app, and when I arrived, the staff took ages to actually acknowledge us. When the order was finally ready, the woman working there was very rude and spoke with an attitude. When we checked the order, we found that an item was missing, which was frustrating. The drinks machine also wasn’t working. Overall it was terrible service—I wouldn’t recommend this store!

  Time I have tried to order from here they have never acknowledged me or even come out and said hello when there is no one waiting to order I was told I was standing at the wrong end of the counter in order to make an order absolutely ridiculous would never buy from here

  The lady who was working at around 1:30PM (10/3/26) was so rude to my Mum! She spoke to her so horribly simply because she asked if it was possible to be served instead of using the self service machines. She then put three pieces of crispy onion on her sandwich in an aggressive manor and charged my Mum 80p when she asked for some more? despite barely getting a portion in the first place.
