  Absolutely vile atmosphere and had to take legal advice re the allegations made when our family meal was made wrongly. There's one at Middlebrook which has great staff and is 2 mins away. Avoid this hellhole - rats photographed out the back, their bins are out the front overloaded - just go to Middlebrook trust us. Our kids were nearly in tears.

  Rude staff, was told store was closed when I had placed an online order to collect at 20:30 and arrived at 20:20 (Store is advertised open till 21:00 as stated on the front door and website). Ordered hot crinkly wedges that were cold. Sandwiches not toasted as requested on the online order. No cheese on either sandwich which was charged as an extra on my order. No store reference number on the reciept to be able to give feedback via subway website. I like Subway generally, but avoid this one if you're wanting the staff to give a toss.
