  Lady staff too busy listening to the couple's conversation with the cashier instead of paying attention to our order. Bread not fresh. Very dry. My first and last visit.

  An absolutely horrible experience and rude staff they need to kick her out of employment extremely bad attitude,I walked in and attempted to order on the screen the time was approximately 07.10pm the screen wouldn’t load to take my order waited while the screen was trying to load so I went over to the next screen same issue after 5 mins I spoke to a lady who was sweeping the floor behind the counter to let her know I was having difficulty ordering on the screen she snapped at me telling me she sweeping the floor, I will be with you in a minute, she says, 2 minutes goes by she’s still sweeping the floor and the other lady stood behind the till chatting to colleagues, at this point it was obvious the floor was more important than a customer so I told her I will go to the Manchester road subway as they ain’t so rude, oh stopped sweeping and snapped oh well that’s your choice ? I then told her how rude she was and learn how to deal with customers and told her I will take it further as I walked away she begins to argue telling me she don’t care she’s leaving anyway? So I then snapped back, well hope you leave soon enough as when you do I think this store will get more customers, she got enraged in front of other customers eating arguing back with me at this point I just told her carry on am going, even as I shut the door I could hear her still going on I must have hit a nerve I will not be setting foot in that place again for her safety as well as mine as it got way to heated just for a footlong meat ball baguette 😳just a tip for staff at Burnden park prioritise sweeping floors when the store closes at 8.00pm not when you got paying customers waiting to be served if she is still employed at Burnden park subway,the manager needs to investigate this type of behaviour towards customers otherwise she’s going to damage the reputation of the entire platoon subway franchise.
