- CJClaire JonesApr 7, 20261.0The worst subway I've ever been too and hope head office do a mystery shopper here because apart from the branding, it didnt feel like a Subway. I think they are franchises but surely there is a standard they need to be kept to? There was one man in uniform who must be been trained by Subway, but he spent the whole time talking in the office. It felt like he had his relatives working there. No uniforms, greetings or friendliness. There were two ladies who didn't speak much English behind the counter, one with her arms folding watching the other girl wing it. After watching her handle all sorts with gloves on I had to ask her to change gloves before touching my order as she was going to grab the bread. I had to ask her not let her sleeves or scarf drape onto the food and explain how to cut the bread. It was so strange. It also smelt bad upon arrival too and i should have left. But after a long day of travelling I just wanted to eat and trusted Subway standards. I'll never go back to this branch

I don’t understand how he is a manager with this type of customer service! Will not be returning to this subway again.
