  I've not ordered anything from Subway for SO long I forgot why. Last week they sent me an online voucher to get £3 off a foot long sub. I tried "many" times to use it online and pay the balance... every time I got a "bug" screen during payment and gave up. I tried other stores/locations. Then the £3 off voucher disappeared. Today, with only one day remaining on the voucher I tried again. Still exactly the same issues with a bug page coming up. I tried chatting to the AI bot - what a complete waste of time that was. So now I remember why I stopped using Subway. Thank god for MacDonalds/KFC etc whose online ordering portals actually work!!!!

  It was my first time going subway and customer service was incredible especially tirtth he help me with picking my first subway the food was great I will definitely come back

  I had a really great experience at Subway in Asda, Milton Keynes. Weronika and Tirtth were both extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They provided excellent customer service, prepared my order with care, and made the whole experience pleasant. It’s always nice to be served by people who are cheerful and genuinely attentive to customers. Thank you both for the fantastic service, you’re a credit to the team.

  Best subway around and very friendly staff Hygiene is highly maintained the best and customer service was really good Highly recommend for subs and salads

  Salad was unappealing. Lettuce wasn't washed and looked yellow/wilted. Staff did replace the dirty salad when I asked and refund for it but it didn't fill me with confidence that the dirty lettuce wasn't disposed of and continued to be served.
