    Ordered steak & cheese & a B.M.T. melt I'm guessing the bread was fresh but after they put it in the oven to warm it up it must of been in too long or too much heat, it was drier than a dry lump of dryness, void of any moisture, & crumbled to bits like meringue. I did comment on the state of the thing to the woman at the till but at the time didn't release how dry it was.

    At least 15 in queue, couldn’t fault first 2 counter staff trying to keep up with customers however we had 40 min wait which could have been speeded up by one staff who wouldn’t leave the payment area, he should have helped either one to get customers through quicker
