    Made an online order for collection, when picking up order staff was very polite and my order was ready, I got home with my order sandwich was cold and stale but still tasted nice, then I got to the cookie. This is where my day was made. A little note saying “have a nice day”

    The worst subway I've ever had, took ages, was cold when arrived, half toasted, order was wrong, not just one thing, 3 things on 1 sandwich were wrong, 1 item was missing from our order, it looked like it had been thrown together, the chicken had a jelly texture, I ate 1/4 then binned as it tasted off, drowned in mayonnaise, wrong cookies, had one bite, couldn't even eat them as they tasted like they had been in a fryer, tasted like prawn crackers and really greasy. I know orders can be messed up a bit but this was ridiculous the amount that was wrong with it.

    Awesome customer service, served by poppy, so friendly and helpful, explaining to my little boy how the ordering works, lots of chat about his toy figure as well as working efficiently and with the bonus of a smile, Sandwich was yummy too! We will be back!
