  I went in yesterday. The poor lad was so busy however that did not stop him smiling. He apologized for the wait multiple times I got 3 footlongs and they were perfect. The service was a bit slow but understandable because of how busy it was. Food was good. Shout out to the lad who severd me and was working yesterday

  Missus went in today and got me a sub which she asked me what I wanted before she left which got wrote down and yet the guy who gave her a discount for no idea what couldn't even get the instructions right on the order asked for herbs and cheese got given hearty Italian, didnt get the required amount of pickles on it either. The sandwich was dryer than ghandis flipflop the worst subway ive ever had in my life even with the garbage discount wasnt worth the money spent. Dude whoever you are that made the order find a different job coz you clearly cant do that one

  The slowest server, just really looked like he couldn’t be bothered being there. Ordered a jacket potato he put the butter on the top after the beans 😩 all of the tables were mucky….it wasn’t busy! Won’t be going back to that one!

  I went in yesterday morning for a breakfast sandwich and it was amazing. I have been to many subways but nothing can compare to what I got given here. The customer service was outstanding most workers don't even smile these days but the young man who served me was so nice. He asked all the right questions and never stopped smiling, it was nice to see a change and was very happy with the service. The seating area was spotless and the bathroom was clean. I was so impressed. I would be recommending to all my work colleagues and will be back soon.

  Just visited subway Blackpool airport, and was served by Kyle and Jamie/jay/james, I didn’t quite catch the name properly, but they both had the most amazing customer service! They were so friendly not only to me but every single person in the queue, it’s really hard to come by good customer service now, but these two really deserve the recognition! amazing both of them! thank you!!
