  Ordered from Uber Eats, received the wrong sandwich wrong cookie. After reporting it uber refunded me 32 pence for the entire meal. Due to allergies I have now just spent £13 on a sprite and crisps.

  Both me and my sister have food poisoning from this subway, only ate quarter of the sandwich too before realising the chicken was soggy. The sandwiches was made with no care and slapped together and shoved in a bag. Absolutely disgusting and will never eat from there again. Absolutely vile

  Ive had a horrible time here. me and my friend had ordered through the app here, to get food in our lunch break as there was nothing at college. We had half an hour to spare and it is just down the road. We came in to collect our order (we ordered as a guest- no name) but was told by a “Brandon” that the store had no online orders for that day. The money had come out of our bank, so we were told the money would “bounce back”. Believing him, we reordered. I had completed my order- waiting for my friends to finish hers. (bare in mind our online and in store orders are the same!) i spotted a bag on the side that came to £10.08- exactly what came out of our bank. I questioned it, and got told there is now nothing he can do as we cant have both. I demanded a refund and got told no! After complaining about paying twice, the manager got involved- who did not speak to us, let alone apologise. Overall i would just like to say that the staff here were so rude, including the manager! Still no apology after half an hour in the store, from either member of staff. If i hadn’t have said something, this “Brandon” would have charged us twice. (This Brandon was also unclean and clearly had not washed their hands! filthy nails!!) Will not come back again.

  Ordered through Uber Eats. Congrats to them for a very quick delivery, but that’s all. The food was revolting. Arrived stone cold with no attempt from Subway to wrap it in anything substantial to try & keep it warm. Completely tasteless apart from the disgusting, over powering cheap, ketchup which after 2 bites & throwing the food in the bin, is still all I can taste. Avoid this place.
