    Went in and ordered 2 subs at 8.30 while waiting for a train Completely inedable as swimming with sauce My daughter had a bday present which they did not honnor and tried to call me a liar 30%discount we got for her birthday but the 2 free cookies and the bag of crisp they charged us for. After a very heated arguement when the manager finally refunded us for 2 foot long subs that we have been charged for instead of 2 6 inch subs we recieved. Staff are rude and oxbinous and i only managed to get a refund when i said i will be reporting to trading standards Wouldnt care but the assistant blatenly lied and said we had asked for card payment when we had not. Place has been getting bad for the last 12 months

    Absolutely Horrible, rolls were hard and definitely not fresh, service was terrible, and staff unfortunately didn't listen to instructions. I understand it can get busy at certain times, but this was seriously very poor service and would definitely not recommend.

    Today evening (11th May 2026), my wife ordered a foot long sub from this store, and honestly we are extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The behaviour and attitude of the staff member who attended her was completely unacceptable. The most shocking part was finding out that she was actually the store manager. A manager should know how to treat customers politely and professionally, but unfortunately her attitude was rude, unfriendly, impatient, and very unwelcoming from the beginning. My wife felt very upset and uncomfortable because of the way she was spoken to. We came here expecting good customer service and basic respect, but instead we left feeling disappointed and ignored. No customer should be treated this way, especially by someone in a management position who is supposed to set a good example for the rest of the staff. On top of that, we specifically asked for Italian Herb and Cheese bread, but she still served normal bread without even informing us or checking properly. This shows a complete lack of attention and care towards customer orders. If something is unavailable or there is an issue, the staff should at least communicate properly instead of simply giving the wrong item. We regularly visit Subway and usually have a pleasant experience, which makes this incident even more disappointing. The quality of customer service today was far below expectations. We hope the management seriously looks into this matter, provides proper training, and ensures this does not happen to other customers in the future. We believe some form of apology or compensation is deserved for the poor service and incorrect order we received.

    I went in yesterday after missing my train. Being vegan I really didn’t know where to go to get some food. Zara was an absolute angel, helped me out massively and was such a sweetheart. Thank you Zara!

    Staff were very friendly and good at their jobs. The tea & hot chocolate tasted good. The cookies were tasty. My granola one was a little crispy. The turkey, cheese & salad melts were yummy, just the crust was a little flaky.
