  I don't know what kind of sorcery and mind games are going on at this branch. It's like they get the orders wrong deliberately. It's self sabotage and I'm not playing. No thanks.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location at Subway early in the morning (around 7:30–7:45 AM). A sandwich artist called Sam started preparing my sandwich but then left the counter saying he needed to get some milk, leaving the sandwich unattended. When he returned and asked about toppings, I politely mentioned that the sandwich might have gone cold and asked if it had. His response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, he looked at the manager Olivia and suddenly several staff members gathered around the counter. I was then told they would not serve me because I had been “difficult.” All I did was ask a simple and reasonable question about the food I was about to purchase. The manager Olivia did not handle the situation professionally either and appeared to be chewing gum while speaking to customers. Instead of calming the situation, the staff collectively refused service. Being refused service in front of other customers over such a minor concern was embarrassing and unnecessary. Basic respect and customer service should be expected in any business. Manners don’t cost money. Very poor experience and not what you expect from a well-known brand.

  Absolutely terrible, wasted half of my money. I ordered online ive ordered a meatball marina sandwich, the bread was dry and old, you can hear the crack of the bread. Soon as i opened the package my food fell apart leaving it look like a a toddler been playing with it, in my sandwich they put more salad and vegetables rather then meatballs. Ive also ordered a Lipton tea with it, but never even got it. Payed nearly £2 for it and didnt even get a refund. Ive then also ordered cheesy ball bites but they replaced it with chicken small bites… im not orderint from them anymore!!!!. WHOEVER ORDERES THERE FOOD ONLINE I RECOMMEND YOU DONT!!!… its just poor quality they need to fix there service. And do better. 😤😤😤😤😤😤

  It would be very helpful to know this is a Halal Subway before driving and waiting after 3 customers to find out.....and in my opinion you need more then 1 person working here specially if you take online orders....i mean I drove 15 min to get here as I am at work, I waited another 15 as I had to wait for an online order and only then was told its a Hallal Subway.....should I just use deliveroo next time and wait outside in the car?

  Not impressed with the delivery service. I like the products generally so looks like I'll wait until after lockdown, before I try again.
