    Wow I had such a great experience here the staff were so lovely and kind very hard workers espically being packed my food was delicious and cleanliness of shop was 💯

    Absolutely shocking customer service, didn’t want meat on a sub so asked for grated cheese, even though scoop there, just sprinkled a bit on and when asked for more said I had to pay extra. Asked another staff member and she said that’s all you get,. Staff too busy putting up just eat orders, service non existent

    Ordered via Uber eats, food came with soaking wet bread although no drinks or sauce was on the food. I made my complaint to Uber, and was happy enough knowing they'd resolve my issue. I decided to phone into the store, as food covered in a mysterious liquid when there's no liquids in the order is a pretty big hygiene and food safety issue. Upon calling the store (around 13:40pm) a woman answered the phone who was absurdly rude telling me that it was not her issue and telling me to report it to Uber, which I had already explained I had done. After informing her (again) that I had already reported it to Uber but wanted to make the store themselves aware of this issue as it could potentially be a huge food hygiene issue, she then hung up on me. I called the store back to ask if there was a manager in the store and for her name, to which she told me there was no manager and she would not be giving me her name and hung up again. Absolutely abysmal service considering I didn't want anything from her minus her to log the complaint with a manager. Very much a shame as I have ordered from this store before with no complaints. I happily understand that issues can happen with food, especially using courier services such as Uber eats BUT my issue was not with the quality or condition of the food, I understand these things can happen. My issue was with the attitude and rudeness of the woman I spoke to on the phone that I was just trying to inform of that issue.

    I have to say, a massive thank you and well done to Mel! Everytime we come in, we are welcomed with a happy face by Mel. She is so friendly, and gives out amazing recommendations on what to get and has amazing customer service. What an asset to subway!

    This is by far the worst subway in Britain. The Place is falling to bits. Owner is too tight to do anything about it. Nothing works. Toasted Subs = Microwaved Ingredients = Never in stock Staff = No clue what to do Customer = Poor experience
