  The staff have a terrible attitude and tone. Sent me the wrong order and when we tried to phone and resolve it the woman was acting very unprofessional and kept on calling me ‘bro’ and put the phone down on me twice. Expected me to come and pick up the food myself when i had already paid for delivery and service charge. Terrible customer service- not coming back again.

  I ordered online it was supposed to be ready in 15 min according to app but it wasn't what was even worse than that was he prepared both mine n my wife's sub at the same time both were foot long with totally different ingredients when we went in to collect he was cleaning he put broom away n started preparing just then what he did was unimaginable he completely mixed n missed lot of things from both i asked for fried onions fresh onions pickle lettuce but instead he just put olives n sweet corn in my sub rest of everything he missed n put tomatoes in mine which never been asked for then on top of it he didn't even care which sauce it's mentioned in the order n he put some wrong one then he realised while half way done n instead putting tomatoes n jalapenos in other sub he put these in mine so he missed 4 things my sub impossible what a service he looked lost it's just across my house guys working here before never had any problems with them regarding preparation almost accurate one thing missing makes sense somewhat couldn't even eat had few bites only it's taste was not looking familiar to me paid for nothing basically

  Got a really bad case of food poisoning after ordering their chicken tikka sub. Vomited 15+ times and had to go to A&E because of how severely dehydrated I was. Avoid at all costs.
