Great service would highly recommend them, was probably the best subway I’ve ever eaten at, fawad was especially helpful and his service was excellent.

Very disappointing experience today.
I visited this Subway to get a Big Breakfast sub and was told by a staff member to place my order using the machine. I did so and paid, with no indication that anything was unavailable. About a minute later, I was told they had run out of eggs and turkey which are key ingredients for a breakfast sub.
It’s really frustrating that no one mentioned this before I ordered. If I had known, I wouldn’t have placed the order at all. Running out of eggs during breakfast hours is already poor, but the lack of communication made it worse.
Since I had already paid, I felt forced to choose something else I didn’t want. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told it couldn’t be done in-store and that I’d have to sort it through the app. When I asked for help with this, the staff member was rude and refused to assist.
Overall, very poor service, lack of basic stock management, and unhelpful staff. Not a good experience. Won't be a returning customer here.

Worst service ever!! The man behind the counter was so aggressive and rude. Swearing and shouting at my brother because we ask for a platter. He complained that it will take him too long to make and that he was fasting and started swearing at my brother, when asked for his manager he said don't make me mad. He was swearing f***** b**** in front of my 6 year old son. Date: 11.03.2026 time: 16.10pm (video of incident recorded)
