  Ordered a footlong and somehow received what was very clearly a 6-inch. It’s honestly impressive how confidently the staff insisted it was a footlong when we called to ask about it. I suppose the definition of “footlong” might be a bit flexible at this location. We weren’t expecting perfection, just a quick and simple solution. Instead, the issue was denied and our calls were eventually ignored, which was disappointing. On the bright side, if you’re looking to pay for twice the sandwich you actually receive, this seems to be the place to go. Hopefully this experience is the exception rather than the standard.

  The indian man serving never smiles and has no customer service skills! Been in there a few times only as I like subway he is always miserable. Bought jacket potato and sub today the potato looked old not fresh and was rubbery not tasty at all waste of money tbh. Wont be going back in a hurry

  ​The members of staff that served me today mr Singh needs training in customer service no smile on his face no hello or thank you. If you are not happy in the job role then you need to look elsewhere The vibe at this Subway is incredibly off. It’s obvious the management is failing the staff—there’s zero teamwork, poor communication, and a generally tense atmosphere. It’s clear the issues start from the top down. ​A major issue here is the lack of professional communication. The staff frequently make snarky remarks to one another in other languages right in front of customers, which is frankly disrespectful and makes for an uncomfortable environment. Management needs to prioritize hiring staff who can communicate professionally and treat everyone with basic respect. Save yourself the trouble and head to a different location; this one is easily the worst in the area.

  Please update your opening times, you don’t open 8am on a Saturday, says on google maps and on your windows and your not open at those times.
