    Waited for 15 minutes at lunchtime to be served but staff were too busy preparing Uber Eats and screen orders to serve me at the counter for a custom sandwich which you cannot get on the screen kiosks. Staff said anyone not ordering on the screen would have to wait 10 more minutes ie a 25 minute wait. Not staff's fault, it is management as you are understaffed for the amount of orders you are getting at lunch. Will probably not be returning.

    Without doubt the worst subway in Birmingham. For starters installed screens like its a busy maccies or something then won’t take your order in person like they used to as they’ve got 5/6 orders on the go from Uber for one member of staff. Then to top it all off the screens don’t work and if you want assistance you’ve gotta wait for them to finish making 5 sandwiches. Joke. Avoid at all costs

    I waited more than 20 mins for 1 sandwich, it suppose to be fastfood (fast food) if i wanted to wait more than 20 mins i would eat at a restaurant not fastfood. They when i said i cant wait anymore, i need to go, i wanted a refund, they say they cant do it as manager its not there, then called him twice to get the password for refund as it was keep trying to make me wait instead of refund. Worst experience possible AVOID AVOID AVOID

    Absolutely dreadful experience. They were selling Fruit Shoots which had expired in October 2025 in April 2026. I will be reporting them to the Food Standards Agency. The staff were also incredibly rude and unhelpful when this was flagged to them which led to 2 customers also leaving the establishment
