  A couple of years ago this place was fine, not great, not brilliant, just fine. But I went in and ordered off of a short, Muslim hijabi. I tried ordering a shawarma chicken sub. Out of stock. An Italian herb and cheese. Out of stock. But not only was it out of stock, she stated it would take an hour to prepare and then served it to another customer not 10 minutes later. Cookies, out of stock. No refill machine any more. And I intentionally repeated multiple times that I did not want pickles on my sandwich, only for her to put them on. Let's talk coffee shall we. I've already seen that someone has an issue with their tea but if you look, the coffee grinder is so coated in oils that its permanently stained greyish-brown. I can't fathom how this place has a 5 star hygiene rating.

  I left my phone here Hassan and Juweria kept it safe and returned it to me. Honest people and a credit to this Subway. Food and service very good. I will return. Thank You.

  The food was semi fresh, ordered a salad box to find that the portion size was below average for a salad in comparison to the two other Subway’s I normally go to, this was about half the size of what we’re used too. The staff member was also in a rush made everything a mess, I would not recommend and would rather travel an extra 5-10 minutes and visit the next available one, preferably Bordesely Green.

  The staff are rude especially the guy , he acts like he owns the shop and don’t want certain people there pure discrimination , I left the shop and went to buy food elsewhere ,

  I've been a few times over the past year or so and I have to say the customer service is absolutely shocking. No hello. No smile. No thank you. Nothing friendly about the staff. Very cold and stuck up. Very rude. No manners whatsoever. I deal with the public everyday and always have a smile to offer if not anything else. I was going to ask the lady that served me this morning why she was so rude and miserable. But I just ended up walking out. The staff here need training given for good customer service and how to handle and pack food properly. As my sub just looked a complete mess.
