⚠️⚠️⚠️😭Found a long blonde/white hair COOKED INTO MY COOKIE. Keep in mind I ordered a 12 pack so the rest got discarded. Even worse I had the cookies after eating my meal and now I’m disgusted that there was other hairs in my food. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Today I witnessed the worst service/ business acumen. Was served by Ali and Rahman, my order was basic and compromised of just Tuna and Mayonnaise on a 12inch Italian sub. Instantly noticed a blue bottle on the serving side but reluctantly choose to overlook and also the tuna container was crusted on the sides (not ideal but again choose to overlook) Rahman placed 4 underfilled scoops onto the sub, scrapping the crusted container each time. He then pretty much buttered the Tuna until it was literally wafer thin. I asked very politely for one extra scoop on the left side and was told NO 4 scoops only. Instead of contesting that the scoops were not full to start with, I highlighted that I'm not even having any salad, Rahman looked at Ali who seemed to be overlooking his colleague and Ali again stated NO only 4 scoops. I said if they can't do one extra I'd have to go elsewhere and to my surprise I was told DO AS YOU LIKE. So I went. I genuinely feel sorry for the franchise owner, Id consider myself a regular customer but not no more. It blowsy mind that they'd rather waste a full sub, approx 3 scoops of tuna, cheese and electric to toast than to add one scoop which in all fairness should have been factored into the initial 4 scoops. Wish the owner all the very best especially with the rise in business overheads and one less customer! Thank God I'm not old, disabled or a parent with hungery children with me!

Absolutely disgraceful portion – Waste of money!
I paid £7.50 for a "Salad Bowl" and received a tiny box that wouldn't even fill up a small child, let alone my 22-year-old son. When I go to the store in person, they fill the bowl, but for delivery, they sent a nearly empty box with "tiny tiny" amounts of salad. The app also blocks you from selecting more than a few toppings, which they use as an excuse to give you almost nothing. This is a total ripoff. Do not order delivery from here; they will scam you on the portion sizes!
