  Subway Hall Green branch … absolutely rude disrespectful staff especially the one with the bandana on his head .. his mistake and shows me attitude in front of other staff. When I asked him to remake another one for me as he out the wrong sauce on he rudely responded “your gonna have to wait”, Too much attitude less staff Staff training needs reviewing big time

  Visited the branch this evening and Very disappointed with the service today at Subway Hall Green. The staff member wearing a bandana made my sub incorrectly because he failed to check what sauce was requested. When I politely pointed out the mistake, there was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for another sub because he wanted to serve the customers waiting first. Mistakes happen, but poor attitude and lack of customer service are unacceptable. A simple apology and a quick resolution would have made all the difference.

  Waqar and Shazor gave me amazing service 10/10 food best subway around. Not stingy with portion sizes Great customer service absolutely loved their vibe will most definitely be again

  I would like to leave a review for Nimrah and Rayyan because the service they provided was genuinely outstanding. From the moment we were dealt with, both of them were extremely polite, kind, friendly and very professional in the way they spoke and handled everything. They made us feel comfortable, listened properly and showed real respect and patience throughout. What really stood out to me was how professionally they handled complaints, especially Rayyan. I personally witnessed him dealing with another customer’s complaint and the way he handled the situation was excellent. He stayed calm, listened carefully, spoke respectfully and resolved the situation in a very professional manner. It is not easy to handle complaints, but he did it with confidence and professionalism. I am a manager myself at McDonald’s, so I understand customer service and management skills very well, and I can honestly say Rayyan has excellent managerial qualities. The way he communicates, handles pressure, deals with customers and supports the team clearly shows leadership skills. In my opinion, he would make a very good manager and should definitely be considered for promotion. Both Nimrah and Rayyan are a real credit to the team and the company. Their customer service, attitude and professionalism were excellent and it was a very pleasant experience being served by them.

  Absolutely disgusting the service is vile the food hahaha don’t get me started they can’t even put a cheese wrap together properly and the atmosphere well… they just make you feel UNWELCOME VILE SERVICE VILE FOOD AND THE ATMOSPHERE IS DISGRACEFUL OH AND THEY DON’T EVEN WEAR GLOVES WHEN PREPARING THE FOOD 😡🤢🤮 if i had it my way I wouldn’t have even put 1 star
