  I've been waiting on My order for 56minutes now the number doesn't work because they clearly haven't put the right number on to ring and find out what's going on with your order I ordered 2 subway 6inch subway sandwichs it doesn't take that long I ordered it at 18:44 and its now 19:44

  Ordered online and told to collect at 1. Went in to collect order and 3 staff were standing round chatting order was not ready. Staff were so rude. Asked for head office number told to look on google instead of them giving it to me. Terrible service done regiment

  When asking for double meat double cheese, as standard across all subways that means twice the portion of meat, twice the portion of cheese, so why when I ordered double meat double cheese on a foot long an normal meat is two scoops, did you decide only one extra scoop is the same and for me to have to inform you that your doing it wrong, if you have different options than other subways all over the UK at this specific store then you should clearly display this to your customers, not only this but the person serving me was told by a different member off staff to stop at one scoop for extra meat and said it in they're own language, it's only because of traveling a lot for work with many different cultures I picked up on what he said to her, this is completely unacceptable

  I asked for extra cheese while ordering, and the staff member (Rohan) responded with “I’ve already billed it,” even though we were still in the middle of ordering. Instead of fixing it or helping at all, he just shut it down. Poor customer service and unnecessary attitude. Not what you expect from a place that’s supposed to customize your order. been a costumer for ages and it’s disappointing.
