Food was fine, Sikh man and lady were speaking their native language and didn’t think I could understand and were talking bad about me after I accidentally spilled something. Very rude and impolite.

Where do I get started? The rude manager, staff or terrible quality of food?
I have had an absolutely awful experience at Subway. The food portions were embarrassing they are clearly being stingy with their ingredients now. Barely any filling in the sandwich, my friend ordered the chicken salad and paid extra for double chicken yet looked like they barely placed any in. Poor presentation, and the quality overall was terrible. For the prices they charge, you’d expect much better.
What made it even worse was the manager, Jay- if that's her name. Extremely rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Instead of handling the complaint properly, she immediately became defensive and started making claims that simply weren’t true, saying she “saw the staff do it properly” when that clearly wasn’t the case as she was not even on the shop floor but at the back. Felt more interested in arguing than actually helping the customer.
also to add the toilet was closed off for no apparent reason, no signs or anything, when I asked to wash my hands was confused to why could not do so. Basic essentials are not being met
Customer service has completely gone downhill here. Won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.
I love Subway but this particular one is a let down to the brand

This is an abysmal experience, do not recommend to come here. Just look how empty my sub is for a Philly cheesesteak! Something that usually fills me up left me feeling empty. Also the fact that you do self order alone takes away from the experience of ordering a sub where you pick and choose and they make it in-front of you that's all lost. Barely any meat in the subs, all done via touch-screen. Do not recommend go else where!

Very rude staff and no appreciative for customer service and disrespectful.
My food has not still been handed over to me, so I had to walk out without it.
