  Great service at Subway today! Alisha was friendly, polite, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Everything was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. Excellent customer service..

  I had a very poor and unacceptable experience at this Subway today. I initially asked for “everything” on my sandwich except pickles, but the staff member didn’t listen properly. When she asked again, I repeated the order ingredient by ingredient to be clear. Despite this, she raised her voice at me in front of a busy shop and reacted with visible frustration. What makes this worse is that she put jelepinos and one pickle inside and i ask her to remove and she shouts. This situation could have been resolved calmly in seconds, but instead I was spoken to disrespectfully and made to feel embarrassed in public. That is not acceptable customer service. Management seriously needs to address staff behaviour and basic communication standards, because no customer should be treated like this over a simple order.

  We ordered 3 sandwiches and the person serving asked what we wanted but didn't listen - they put cheese on a ham sandwich when we didn't ask for it, and then tried to put it on the other two sandwiches instead of in the bin, which he should have done because it was contaminated. I asked for new ham (as it had been touched by cheese) and he grumbled and put the cheese-touched ham back in the cabinet to be used again, completely against allergy safety guidelines. Half way through making the sandwiches he told me we couldn't pay by card, so we had to leave without the food, but just as well - I wouldn't have wanted to eat it anyway with his subpar food hygiene

  I have visited today morning but staff is bwry rude specially white lady over there behaving like she is giving food from her own and SHE EVEN DONT CHANGE THE GLOVES AS im not eating ham n stuff she just made one with ham n started to serve me so disappointed . And did not put any more sause not good experience
