  Ordered delivery from here and instructions were not met subs were not even toasted properly and were soggy! Food was cold they need to have a better system in place for timing when preparing the hot food so it doesn’t not arrive cold to customers doors

  Came in today 30/12/2025 at around 2:30 and was served by 2 horrible young men who were sniggering at me the whole time (not sure what was funny) and made me feel very uncomfortable by staring at me and laughing. Very rude staff. Also the meatballs i ordered were hard and undercooked so not worth buying those

  Order to Vegan subs from Uber Eats app. When we opened the food half the contents was missing. Complained to Uber Eats and they said because the items missing did not have a price nothing they could do. Phoned the shop they couldn't care less. Avoid dreadful

  Good food, just extremely disappointed to with the new later opening time. I was a regular Billericay customer, then forced to Pipps hill due to the late opening time, and now the same here too. I'm gutted, as I wont be able to use them during the week as a result.
