    Served by two younger members of staff, they were very friendly but were flirting with each other the whole time to the point our order took about 20 minutes (a ham and cheese footlong and a jacket potato), we were the only customers in there at the time Our food was cold indicating that they didnt set the ovens correctly and my partner ended up leaving his jacket potato because it was solid in places and was so cold I dont like complaining but this was dissapointing, again, the staff were friendly but they should probably focus more on serving customer rather than making little jokes towards each other for 10+ minutes straight

    Really worst experience, the guy who wrk today complete make our experience worst, he didn't serve properly, I had dinning experience, he didn't leave has to finish our meal. Poor service , my friend first time came to subway with us he had real bad experience.

    Don’t normally do reviews but we were served by Courtney who had fantastic customer service very friendly and treated us very well and the food was great. It was a pleasure to be welcomed by someone so friendly so early in the morning.

    Here is a more polished, clearly written, and noticeably more upset version of the review: ⸻ What an absolutely appalling experience. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered service this shockingly rude and deliberately confrontational. From the moment we reached the salad station, it felt as though the employee was actively looking for an argument. It began when the worker looked at my partner and snapped, “What do you want on these?” My partner calmly replied, “Lettuce and jalapeños.” Instead of simply preparing the order, the worker stared at him and repeated—more aggressively—“What is it you want on these?” My partner, confused, gave the same answer. The worker then huffed, “And that’s it,” as if our very presence was an inconvenience, tossed on the lettuce and jalapeños, and immediately started to close the sandwich without even asking about sauce (which they always do). I pointed this out, and my partner politely asked for sauce. The worker rudely shot back, “I already asked you if that was it—you didn’t say anything,” and then dramatically reopened the sandwich like it was some unbearable task. When my partner asked for hot and spicy sauce—something he’s requested without issue for years—the worker grabbed sweet chilli instead, drenched the sandwich with it, and then looked at him with pure sarcasm and said, “You happy with that?” My partner told him no, that wasn’t the sauce he asked for, and pointed to the correct bottle. The worker then became even more hostile, insisting it was a “different sauce,” and proceeded to squeeze the chipotle directly on top of the sweet chilli—effectively ruining the entire sub. He didn’t offer to remake it, didn’t acknowledge the mistake, nothing. My partner was left with food he didn’t even like. When he moved on to the second sandwich, I specifically said we wanted the same sauce as before—the chipotle—and unbelievably, he grabbed and applied yet another completely different sauce. At that point, we were so stunned and fed up that we just paid and left. I even asked the worker to remake the sandwiches, but he blatantly ignored me and rang up the order instead. Had we not been about to start a four-hour journey with a strict schedule, we absolutely would have taken this further on the spot. The entire interaction was unprofessional, rude, and genuinely unbelievable. Absolutely disgraceful service. This regards to the gentleman with long hair who was working at 12:30pm on 5/12/25
