    went into subway to get some food. was waiting for some time with no one behind the counter to serve. a staff member named Millie came out from the back and ignored us. Proceeded to get her colleague camley who was outside having a smoke. both staff members were very rude and had no sort of customer service/people skills. refused to serve me ham on my sandwich along side other customers after just serving the person infront of us ham and there still being some left to use. then proceeded to tell me that we couldn’t have them toasted (which is the only reason anybody gets a subway). I’m not mad just disappointed.

    My partner went in yesterday to place a few orders for my family. The staff member a young lass at the counter was disengaged, took the order incorrectly, and then showed irritation toward the my partner for her own mistakes. Eventually, another colleague had to step in and take over. Sadly, this reflects a growing lack of understanding of what genuine hospitality and customer service should look like especially with the younger generation of workers there. By the way, I got my steak and cheese cold. Asked for Southwest sauce and she poured mayonnaise. Each time I’m there, I truly feel uneasy.

    Useless ! Move slower than a slug through salt, took them 10 minutes to make a sandwich only me waiting and the garage is the worst in Barnsley i’m really not sure why people say Mapplewell is a good area. It is not. It is one of the worst areas I’ve ever been to in my life.
